Failure of a necromancer.

Local madman realises he can’t raise any dead at all. Another Lokken. I wanted to try and have another take on his clothing, but got sidetracked and it ended up like this, better luck next time. So, the funny thing is that in the game he is from, despite being called a necromancer, he lacks any abilities for that at all, hence the title.
